A 3 bean blend we developed for an Espresso Bar in Boston. Our Espresso blend is unusual because we only blend coffee beans from our regular selections of specialty coffees and don't use the cheaper Robusta beans commonly used by other roasters.
It is my only blend and I use 3 different single origin beans. Two different dark roast origins and a bit of one light roast origin. I do not and never will use any cheap Robusta beans commonly used in espresso to promote the formation of extra crema. I only use Arabica specialty beans ( the top 6% of the coffee crop ).
