We sincerely hope you enjoy everything you purchase from us. However, in the event that you are unhappy with a purchase for any reason, we want to help you resolve that. We offer refunds on unused and “like new” items if they are returned in their original box with all manuals and accessories. We issue a store credit for items returned over 30 days from original purchase date. Refunds or store credit will be the price of the item or equipment less shipping (customer is responsible for original shipping costs as well as return shipping).
Our website offers items designed for home use as well as items designed for commercial use. Please note that items designed for strictly home/personal use are usually not covered by the manufacture’s warranty if used commercially! Having said that, if equipment you have purchased from Hedgehog Coffee Roasters ever fails prematurely, please contact us and give us the opportunity to remedy the situation.
Though we try our best to provide only the highest quality offerings on our website, we obviously cannot guarantee your personal satisfaction. So, please read all the information and do a little homework prior to purchasing larger more expensive items. Let us work with you in order to find what best suits your needs. Please do not buy items with the intention of returning them later. This is devastating to any small business! On the other hand, we don’t want you to keep something that you are unhappy with. Please call us and let us help resolve any concerns you might have. Many times we find that advising you on proper use or settings resolves the dilemma. Regarding damage in shipping, while we promise all orders leave here in perfect condition, we have no control over how an item is handled once it leaves our hands. For that reason, if you see or suspect damage when your order arrives, please check your package(s) as soon as possible and notify us right away. Photos always help us in resolving carrier issues and can be sent to us at email@example.com. Please report damaged merchandise within 7 days of receipt of goods so we can resolve the issue as soon as possible. If we accidentally send you a wrong item, the responsible person in our shipping department will immediately be flogged - not really, but we will try to figure out what happened in an effort to be more accurate next time.
